a samsung phone was ordered from the site worth rs 8000 on 12 september2013. the website gave the date of 27th sep for delivery of product. till date i have not recieved my order. every time i called them, they are making new excuses.when i told them that i will go to consumer forum there reply was very harsh and tey told that i can go anywhere, nothing will happen.now they are not attending my phone calls and not replying to my mails. Order Number Is KA/164360/0Q476WBX product is samsung galaxy s duos.

i want my lost money back, compensation, and serious action taken towards this kind of fraud.
