Had ordered 2 cell Phones, which has issues like battery low, screen clearity and etc. I used one cell phone for a day or two and was not happy with the product and I decided to return the product per 30 days return policy. Havent opened/used second product yet.

Product delivered is not upto the mark..Feel cheated. Advertisement by dealer that product is as good as samsung note III. Just to fool the consumer. I have tried to contact dealer but wasnt able to make contact and after making complaints also merchant not responding. Have tried to send a legal notice to dealer but address is not correct. Address on invoice is also incorrect.

Want to return the product and take refund from dealer and in future do not cheat consumer with fake advertisements.
