I ordered an online product – Mobile Handset – Sony Experia L, order number Kaun/T136675/0QI0QO4L1F, placed on 19-June-2013 with a commitment delivery date of 4-July-2013, which has not been delivered till date. Even after repeated followup, I am not getting any response from Kaunsa.com as if I will get the product or not.

I need the product asap along with late penalties as per consumers India law.
