At the time of order Kaunsa.com or product review estimated time of delivery shows 7 to 10 days but after put order estimated date of delivery shown 16 days after of order. but unfortunately 15th December passed and estimated time will 16th December.but till date my product is not dispatch to me.even my purchase product is not sent by company.many time ask about product dispatch status but response answer given by company officer your product is ready to dispatch. my order details are following Order no.38651411716209 date of order 1st December 2014 payment mode net banking with idbi bank payment date 1st December 2014

My purchase product dispatch me other wise return my rupees with default penalty because this product purchase reason is my friend marriage on 15th December but unfortunate my wish is not full fulfill and I can’t gift this product to my friend . in my point of view this is huge loss of my feelings & position.
