sir, I have ordered a cell phone model Samsung galaxy express on 24/06/2013 from a online shopping website Kaunsa.com for which i have made an advance payment through my fathers debit card and the website Kaunsa.com gave me an assured deliver date of a product which was 9/july/2013 but I have not got my product yet and I had a verbal conversation with one of the executive of the this website who told me that they wont refund my money. so, it is the kind request to u please help me in recovry of my amount.
