The applcant submits as under :-

1. that the applicant being consumer of Phone No.01970234175 applied for the internet broadband service before Sub Divisional Officer Dehra (Telephone) who assured me to install the same under unlimited 750/-(Home Plan). Unluckily the concerned officails could not incorporate the same in their record and due to the reason and an excessive bill amounting to Rs. 9488/- vide bill No. 42730363 dated 4.8.2009 issued to me which however was paid/ deposited by me on dated 22.08.2009 inder the verbal assurance of the officials concerned to adjust in next bill after seeking permission from higher authorities. But the officials did not accomodate me and as such under forced circumstances I was compelled to disconnect the same. Again in the month of June,2010 I got the broadband facility under Rs. 250/- (Up to 1 G.B. Free downloaded) scheme with modem as I was having modem of my own but you have again charged Rs. 1664/- as charges of Modem without supply. The same vide your bill No. 52648741 dated 4.6.2010 which is also excessive.

2. That on 01.07.2010 I applied for the extension of Plan under Rs. 750/-(Home Plan) Unlimited plan but the official of your department entertained the same on 07.07.2010 and such Rs. 690/- excessive has been shown in bill No. 54437148 dated 04.08.2010.

3. That due to negligency of your officials in the office of S.D.O. (Telecom) Dehra. I have suffered loss of Rs. 10954/-. In case your goodself adjust the excessive amount charged in future bills. I m ready to get the plan of Rs. 750/- (Home Plan) Unlimited otherwise i will be forced to get my connection of phone also disconnected.

Kindly take up to matter and ajust and excessive amount charged in future will be releasing Rs. 750/-(Home Plan)Unlimited without modem to me and oblige.
