BSNL LandLine / Broadband Problems

My name is Kuntal parbat, I am very old customer of BSNL land line since 1999 and re connecting of broadband from January 2010. I have Broadband BBG FN 500 Plan. My Problem is; I am getting very poor service from BSNL Broad Band, from when I re connects my Broad band connection. I complain many times but my problem still present, my Docket automatically withdrew without solving my problem.

I beg to request you sir please solve my problems as soon as possible. Other wise BSNL should lose another Valuable Customer.

My Problem Details:
link Fail every after 20 to 30 minutes. It’s come back again after 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Disconnect automatically any time. When redial its show (phone Line is Busy or verifying user name and password and then fail.) Every time I need to Power off the Modem and turn on it again to establish the connection.

World most Poor Broad band Connection speed Like Dialup Connection (56 kbps to 150kbps max).

Every time when I grievance to Bouria telephone exchange they told me (we can do batter nothing.)
