Dear Sir, I placed an order no. KA/82328/A93EJUFD to online shopping portal www.kaunsa.com on 30th May, 2013 for a Nokia X1-01 mobile phone against advance payment of Rs. 1,411/-. On 4th June, www.kaunsa.com cancelled my order mentioning that the price of product which I ordered was not the actual price and was updated on their website due to some technical issue. They also mentioned that payment shall be refunded within 7-10 days. Thus, the payment would have been refunded latest by 15th June, 2013. But till date Payment has not been refunded. First, they cancelled my confirmed order for which I made advance payment. Now, since 30th June, I am in continuously follow up for refund of my payment. Whenever, I contact them over phone no. 0120-4535000 or written e-mail on ID support@kaunsa.com and thier online portal Customer Support section they always said that payment is being refunded, but all in vain. I have made request to them for my refund on dated: In June, 2013 – 18th, 21st, 24th, In July, 2013- 1st, 4th, 9th, 12th 13th, 23rd, 24th, 23rd, 29th, 31st, In Aug, 2013- 1 & 2nd .
o get refund of Rs. 1411/- paid in advance + interest w.e.f. 30th June, as per prevailing rate of interest in such cases. + Telephone & mail expenses of about 500/-
