Name of the Policy: Swarnim Money Back Policy No.: 207256199, 207256200, 207256201 Address of the Policy Holder: Railway Colony, OB/66, Near Durga Stage,Dhanpuri, Shahdol (MP)-484114 Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that the problem I am facing who wish to cancel My Life Insurance Policy referenced above effective from 28/06/2013. I Vipin Kumar Mishra S/O Santosh Kumar Mishra purchased Life Insurance policy from Lic of India, DMKT, Shahdol. I wish to cancel this policy Fully-off. I requested for the cancellation to the ABM (Assistant Branch Manager)- Mr. Rajesh Gupta who is working in LIC, DMKT, Shahdol. Due to some reason I request him for the cancellation with written Application letter within few days but he refused to accept it. He demands Bribe for the cancellation of this policy. I requested alot but he scolded me by saying like I will not cancel this policy watever the caliber you can try. If you wants to cancel this policy then give me Bribe of Rs- 10000/-.He has not given any even Bond Paper against this policy. He made this matter move ahead & ahead by making Topsy-Turvy by wasting my money & time. I consulted this matter to the Sr. Diviosnal Manger of LIC Divisonal office, Shahdol. He has given me the Assurance that he will cancel your policy but still today nothing happened from their side. They are not serious to cancel this policy. They are here only for making cheat with the customer. As per the Rules & Regulation of IRDA, it is mandatory to cancel the policy if customer is not satisfied with the terms & condition. Where is mentioned to pay Bribe/Charge for the cancellation of the policy..?? Its totally moving out of my mind. This is cheating by Life of India against my Insurance Policy. I am being very tired. I am writing this letter on the behalf of facing problem against My Insurance Policy. Please suggest me. I am waiting for your positive response. Please reply ASAP.
