I had bought a ceiling fan 15 days back from R.S. Trader. Due to the non-availability of Bill-book, the shop-owner told me collect the purchase bill in few days. All of a sudden, the fan stopped working within 10 days. When I asked to the shop-owner to give the bill so that I can claim the manufacturer warranty, he refused to give the same. I cannot get the fan repair under the manufacturer warranty without the purchase bill.
In this humid & heat, me & my room-mates are suffering. The shop owner is harassing me and is refusing to give the bill.
I want the the shop-owner should be compelled to give me the purchase bill, and he should be penalized for harassing the customer.
