Kaunsa.com – tablet returned refund my money

Hi, I have purchased a tablet on 15 Oct 2013 and my Order Number Is KA/170138/H0Q3EBFL. The price was mension as Rs 2600 while i purchase and paid for the item. After 24 hours i got a call from kaunsa stating that the item was wrongly priced by the company and i told them to call back as i was in a crowed place and told me something about the refund of voucher of the same price. I got the mail regading the voucher but i tried to apply it on the shopping cart but its says the voucher is INVALID. So i try to claim my refund through refund option but since now they did’t reply, try to mail them on their concern email but the mail bounce back stating that “This Is To Inform You That We Have Stopped Responding On Mails With Effect From “12 Sep 2012″ For The Convenience Of Our Valued Customers We Have Opened Up The Ticketing Systems Kindly Update Your Concerns At Kaunsa.com In Your My Account Section Under The Ticket Tab”. Well tried to call them on the phone number but never response. I have tried the ticket system but this is the reply i got” Dear Customer, We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.We regret to inform you that due to any issue if our seller was unable to provide you product so according to our policy we can only provide you cash voucher which has a lifetime validity of the full amount which you had paid to us through which you can purchase any other product from us. So kindly Help me on this issuse on how to get my refund back. Thanking you

I want my cash back of Rs 2600.
