Tata Indicom – Defective Service and mental harassment

i was denied network services while roaming in delhi from 14-26 march 2013 and again on 5-6 august 2013. for the same i contacted the service provider thorugh email all the days but provided no solution. i also contacted appellate authority and pgportal.gov.in but no solution was given
i suffered severe mental trauma due to social separation and mental agony from email replies. i lost my existing patients as i could not provide them treatment on call resulting in loss of repute and financial loss. i also performed poorly in examination in delhi i could not contact my parents, friends, mentor etc. i also could not get any sms regarding financial transactions and other related issue resulting in financial losses
