Hi, i was trying to get the Encumbrance certificate online yesterday(2-06-2020) using kaverionline.karnataka.gov.in, but there was an error at the application end after the payment has been made, since there was an error in the application, the amount should automatically be processed back to the original mode of payment, but then that didn’t happen, please kindly initiate the refund or i request you to kindly send me the encumbrance certificate to my email id mentioned below. Worst is the Government of Karnataka Displaying this Notice While doing the Payment
I accept that there may be non-refundable aggregator’s service charge for payment mode through net banking, credit card and debit card which is not refundable.
I accept that any chargeback is not automatic & for any chargeback claim the concerned government department shall be approached.
