I have order a kaya skin cleanser for sensitive skin on 30 jul 2016 whose order no. Is 1607305 49166525 and they have shipped the product on 1 aug 2016 by jv express whose tracking no. Is jbgppd 34883 but the tracking no. Is fake and i am not able to track it. I have call many times there customer care but after waiting for 30-40 min calls get disconnected and also i mail them many times but no reply.

I have paid an amount of 542 rs and also i have call them many times as there calling no. Is not toll free.
Please help me in getting my product or money. They only not cheated me but also due to their customer care service its effect me mentally so please take care of it. They have to give compensation for the same.
