SnapDeal Sold Faulty Western Digital HardDrive

Dear Sir, I purchase Western Digital internal hard drive from SnapDeal.com Date 28-10-2015. The hard drive is faulty and its warranty period of 5-years also expired. I registered my complaint to snapdeal.com and also Western Digital company. SnapDeal company said product send it to our seller for replacement of item. I send the product to the original seller ‘Ashish Computer Services’ Jaipur, but he did not replace the product. SnapDeal company said that it’s not our problem. Sir, please help me in this case, what should I do.

I want my refund or replacement.
