I purchased Air Cooler model: KPC20A from Pravin Agencies on 26-Apr-2015. I was told to collect it from their godown (not even ready in showroom). After I took delivery and started at home, it is leaking water from everywhere. From day-1, its not working. Pravin Agencies is not responding at all on this – they should be punished for selling faulty products. I just tried to contact Kelvinator service just to get it repaired anyway. Complaint no: MHHO27041590PC011. Even after lots of followups in 3 days, they have not even bothered to respond once – forget about service. Now, their calls also dont go most of the time and if I sent email, they are saying they get BLANK emails – so can not do anything! This is pure case of cheating.

Replacement of this product with good product – different company is much better as I lost complete trust in Kelvinator now.
