Kenstar Food Processor Faulty – No Customer Service

I have purchased the Kenstar Food Processor from Sanket India, Junagadh, Gujarat on date: 19/08/2013 with No. 1541, pc 1240. There was some fault and I register the complaint with the number: RAJ 1205140155 (1st Attempt) to CC No. 079-39404040 on Date 12/05/2014. But there was no any reply from service centre. Second time: comp. no. RAJ 0106140067 dt.01/06/2014. No replay from the service centre. Third time I complained with complaint no. RAJ 0806140007 (3rd Attempt) on date 08/06/2014. I called on the mobile number (9574678xxx, 8511107xxx) given on the SMS, They said we will not give Home Service. Fourth time I complained with complaint no. RAJ 2806140139 (4th Attempt) on date 28/06/2014. I also complained the same through the Sanket India, Junagadh. Customer care person said that the Food Processor is under home service. And the service person said to send the food processor at service centre. Even after 4-5 attempts, I did not have the service of Food processor and we are suffering by purchasing the food processor of Kenstar. Please some needful, so person come to repair the same at home. Even after that they give reply by emails on date 4 july, 10 July, I phoned again, they said we will resolve soon, but till date no reply and no solution of my problem.
