Hi, I purchased KENT wonder RO water purifier. Serial no KR120218895. Invoice date 12/07/2012. Invoice no 25M12002570, Installation date 19/07/2012.I faced problem with it and requested for the service in Oct 2012. the service man came and install aqua guard pre filter along with a kent pre filter candle. but again I faced the problem in december. Since than i requested every fortnight. but nobody coming for the service. My water purifier was in warranty period but none of the executive is coming for the service. I have registered complain in the month of DEC 12 and Jan 13 along with the following complaints. HC 07C006 – 15th Feb HC 21C0010 – Mar HC 19C03 – 16th Apr. Every time I call they are providing a new complaint no. after that nobody is visiting for the service. From last dec my purifier is unusable. Please do the needful.
