I have bought Kent Grand+ RO water purifier (bearing a serial number KR140106083) on 17-04-2014. I raised a interest of purchase in Kent customer care and it was routed to Aishwarya Solar Technologies, Jayanagar, Bangalore and from whom the system was purchased. The unit had run in to problems in discharging discarded water almost 2 months back, and it was notified to above mentioned agency. It was attended by the agency several times (5-6 times) but the problem would re-occur either to discard the impure water or in the flow of pure water, soon after the technician left. Finally the proprietor (Naveen Jayadev) came to a conclusion that it is out of their competency level and he will take it up with Kent service and he will ensure the problem will be rectified. Now, it is been more than a month since he made that promise and even after several reminder, I still am unable to get the problem rectified or no technician visited. Now there is simply very little/no flow of purified water and again I am apprehensive that if someone awaited the warranty to expire before laying their hands on. I have raised this issue with service@kent.co.in and sales@kent.co.in, but I have not received any response till date.
1)Existing problem is to be resolved. 2)This product requires periodic maintenance.As long as it is not working, will create high level of inconvenience to look out for an alternate source of water. I would appreciate if I get another source for making service request who would attend to the problem as soon as possible and has the competency to resolve it.
