My wife purchased Kent Pearl mineral RO with bill date 12.04.2015, installation date 16.04.2015, Serial no. KR140719158. Till date two parts has been changed by service center and still product is not working. There is no complaint nos has passed while complaining through customer care nos. Now product is not working and service center is also not attending.
