Kent Purifier – float valve probelm poor service – Review

I own a Kent UF Water Purifier and its float valve started malfunctioning on June 9th and I registered a complaint with our dealer, Sri Harinidhi Enterprises. The complaint number is: HE09C1X. After repeated calling, and a couple of unfruitful visits by some untrained technicians, one of the technician came to replace the float valve. He didn’t have the correct valve and took ours for getting the exact same one. We have not heard back from them since past 7 days and neither the service center, nor the technician pick-up my call. If I call from a different number, they pick-up and say that it has been ordered and will arrive soon.

We want the float valve of the water purifier to be replaced immediately.
