I have bought RO on 16 June 2012. The product is covered for 12 months under free AMC. Since October 2012 I have been following up with the company for the service and repair of RO since the water supplied by it is not as promised. Dealer visited and checked the same . Said candles and membrane need to be replaced and since they are covered under 1 year AMC/warranty with the new product will be replaced soon. Since then I have been following up for the replacement but with no response back.
Dealer should repair/replace the defective RO or provide for the cost of Rs 3000 to fix the same
