Kent RO Systems Ltd – Review / Customer Services

I purchased the RO System from Kent in the month of Dec. 2011 and I have been facing problems I have already made so many complaints details are placed below : 393492 5/10/2012;397714 9/10/2012 ;411505 20/10/2012;428133 5/11/2012;507620 22/01/2013;511646 28/01/2013; 15.4.2013;627840 08.05.2013;692599 26.06.2013;738136 31.7.2013;740735 2.8.2013.In fact, the problem started during the warranty period itself and still remaining unresolved There is a serious manufacturing defect in the product. I request you to replace the product immediately as your service personnel are finding out newer problems every time they visit based on my complaints. When one technical problem is fixed, some other problem surfaces.

Due to Non- Working of the Water purifier Kids remains ill Water bond diseases Mental Harassment. I demand Replacement or Refund.
