by invoice no-5537,dated-17-03-2016 i have purchased a kent grand plus water purifier from tanisi enterprises,22,shopping floor,krishna appartment,boring road patna-800013,tel-0612- 3210932,0612- 3225520 after that i have to take three repair service dated -16-09-2016,31-10-2016,01-12-2016.on 18-12-2016 kent grand plus has been fallen in duringnight .on 19-12-2016 morning i have the fallen kent grand plus.i havemake a call by my mobile no -8409894399 the service provider. noone has come to my home.on20-12-2016 i have seen a massage has seen in my above mobile no that my complain have been resolved.same day i have again call the service provider and i have said the whole story of my problem. as my kent grand plus is under warranty uptill now.upon falling of kent grand plus the water tank is leaking and tap is broken. therefore i am suffering from hardship of pure water. so please give me a natural justice.
