I have bought a gold ring of Rs17,000/- at Khazana Jewellary(KPHB,HYD) using axis bank debit card on 16th Nov,2013. As I found damage in product and returned then merchant raised a void-sale to get my money back into my account. Yet now I didn;t get my money back.

I have followed detailed bank procedure of filling and submitting forms and document but, yet now I did not get my money.

have to Get my money of Rs17,000/- as early as possible to my account. Kindly help me in getting my money back.
