Samsung mobile – faulty product sold

i purchase a mobile online from Samsung e store on 15 march.after 2 month i face so many problem.i already go to service center for complain.service center only update new soft ware in my mobile.but issues are not resolved.now he said your battery warranty over now.problem are.. 1>most of time mobile hang problem. 2>battery not work properly from 2nd month.but company not changed my battery and said it software problem.now it totally not working. 3>i cant use properly.always put in charging 8 month old phone.

i want relief that replace my cell.
