King Fisher – Non refund of ticket fare

My complaint id 53300/3/2013. status shown in CORE website as resolved, whereas I have not yet received my refund. Even around a month back I got a call from CORE asking me if the same is settled. When I replied that the issue is not yet settled, the official who called assured that the same will be settled. I could not understand how it is shown as resolved in the website. Kindly clarify, what action is taken by CORE and how the status is shown as settled and the case is closed.
