I had booked a flight for travel to Indore from Banglore by Kingfisher Airline. Details as under:

Flight was cancelled by the airline a few days before the schedule departure, despite of which neither the Airline nor the Travel agent informed me about the cancellation.

I was then given an alternate ticket to travel to Indore but was made to reach at 7.45 pm instead of 12.00 noon.

This spoiled my entire day and was forced to stay back at Indore till 21st as 20th June was Sunday, to accomplish my business objectives. My colleagues who travelled to Indore to discuss the business with me from various places like Bhopal, Gwalio and Jabalpur etc also were forced to stay back for 2 days and my company incurred loss of Rs. 25000 plus wastage of 2 days for 7 people because of the airline/travel agent’s negligence..
