Sir, I have made a Airline Booking from Delhi to Jammu through Make my Trip with Kingfisher Airline bearing scheduled departure on October 2, 2012, 13:25 hrs. JICPJZ 090 2450576044 Manju Ghosh Adult PNR NO. JICPJZ 090 2450576045 Aarman Roy Child PNR NO. JIDYII 090 2450576047 The flight was cancelled due to strike but till date no refund has been initiated neither from Make my Trip nor from your Kingfisher Airlines even after lot of communication with both Make My Trip and Kingfisher Airlines except date extension. It is 6 months past from the date of cancellation and I need my money to be refunded urgently.

Fare amount approx. Rs. 4000 x 5 = 20,000 Prolonged numerous phone calls approx. Rs. 1,000 Internet charges for mail communication & other resource search approx. Rs. 2,500. Total damage amounting to Rs. 23,500 plus psychological disturbances.

I simply want to get refund of my loss immediately whether from the Travel Agent (Make My Trip) as the booking has been done by them only or from the Airline (Kingfisher Airlines). They had surely informed that 100s of other customer are suffering but why should they? If necessary then the company have to sell their assets and refund the dues or the pending payable.
