Dear Sir, We contacted Koryo company on 1800425772, always and logged a complaint for a faulty LCD part on 5th April 2013, #454720, and they closed it without any intimation and check after made replacement done updation in there system, when I again contacted them they asked told me that it is already resolved , again I logged a complaint on 5th May 460872, and till this time no front here side contacted us and when I called they don’t have a justified response and not ready to replace this. Please help.

We are keep on following them since 5th April, we made calls on regular basis, causing us economic and mental damage by the company. because when made full payment for the ac why not they providing services to its consumer.

We want the part to be replaced on immediate basis and company will send us the apology letter and promise for better services. IF we get reimbursed for our mental harassment it would be great.
