I made three complaints to IRDA against Kotak Life Insurance in respect of my Policy No 02050679 for using unfair means by Kotak.The details have already been given in your web site. But the IRDA only obtain comments from the coy but did not conduct it enquiries in the matter . As you know the coy will not accepts its mistakes As I did not expect justice from the IRDA,I have to withdraw the complaints from IRDA.
