Dear Sir,

I’ve written the below mail against this cheat to Kotak,
They taken the action and I got a call from Janakpuri Branch Manager
regarding this policy.

But I was shocked when he insisting me to make continue this forgery
policy. Means he is giving his hand to increase this fraud. But I clearly
deny to continue this. Then he told me ok I see what can be done. But
still he did not do anything. But I’ve to continue the old policy before the
march ends.

Now I request you to kindly look into this matter. I’m totally reliable on you.

I’m threatened by an agent Named Hasin. He came to me for taking the premium of the two policies 01444333 and 01405152. But in place of paying the cheques (566077 and 566078) both of amount 20,000/-) for premium he logged in new policies.

The cheques are paid on 12th November 2009 and 14th November 2009 respectively paid from my account in ICICI bank.

I got the sms on my mobile and find that my policy is going to laps if I’m not paying the premium on time. Then I call to your toll-free no. and find what I mentioned above.

And some how I succeed to cancel one policy and paid the premium for policy no. 01444333 and this is now on track. But as I’ve not received another policy so I couldn’t cancel it and which I want to cancel now.

As I know because I’ve not received this new policy (1775364) so the free-lookup time is not applicable on it and this is a pure fraudulent case.

So no money should be detected from the premium if I likely to cancel it.

And if you can adjust the premium of this new policy to the old one, will much more helpful to me.

And if you are not able to adjust it then kindly help me to cancel this new policy. The details of this new policy are below:-
