Sub: Complaint for not getting NOC.

Dear Sir or madam,

I, Jyoti Narayan Ghule Insurance Advisor of ICICI Prudential, Vashi Branch [Advisor No: 00882525] & IRDA Licensee Code No- 4799255, I have resigned from ICICI Prudential dt.
11th Jan –2010 for converting my license to LIC Ltd, but till date I have not received NOC neither I have got any response from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd.

I request you to look into the matter and request them to issue me the NOC.
I hope you will do the needful.
