my name is manoj kumar,I have polcy in kotak life insurance. my polcy no. 01697251.I recive our polcy bond date on 23-12-09.I give the application for free look date on 28-12-09 at faridabad branch opretion mrs-rachika.She says that your mony transfar in your bank A/C & u call after 8-10 days.I call to coustomar care date on-08-01-2010 then coustomar care says that cancelation dipartment requird a declaration of term $conditions.I go to faridabad branch for give the diclaretion date 11-01-2010 then branch opretion says that your polcy free look time is out.i says to branch opration that i have no any information for declaretion of term$condition then branch opretion rachika says that u rewrite a free look application,i re-submit application for free look date-11-01-2010$recive acknowledgement,But i have no positive response by company.i call to coustomercare many time but i have no positive response$always missguide me by coustomarcare $ branch opretion.So i want free look of my polcy so please halp me for freelook of my polcy.
