I am Vinish Saxena,living in Gurgaon ( Haryana), Purchased a policy (No- 1900048) from Kotak’s New Delhi office (Phone No- 01147637200) agent Mr.Shabbir Kumar (Mob.- 8010389386).I paid Rs 15000/- as first Installment.But even after 2 months I didnt get any paper from Kotak.Now I want my money back since I cant trust them.
