I have raised the request to convert my NRO account into Saving Salary type as I was getting quaterly charge on NRO account and some taxes as well. I have submitted the concern documents (Pan Card, Photograph, Photo ID & Company ID) on 27th Nov 13 to Mr Amar (having Mobile No: 7798884978) who came in my firm (BEHR India, Chakan) to introduce Kotak Salary Account. But after 7 days I called up Kotak customer service about the same but you have confirmed that no request has came regarding change of account type, hence Kotak have arranged one of the representative may be between 6-7th of Dec 13 to collect the document and I have also signed a form to close my NRI account to open a new salary account. But after my formal complain via email, I got a mail from Mrs Gutami Yerpude (Nagpur Branch) on on 31st Dec 13 quoting that they haven’t received any of documents regarding the request. Since December I have submitted different forms and documents plenty of times and the customer center dont have any clue and answer for my query. So far they have deducted 2801.8INR from my account, due to non clouser of my request. Now the things are not moving at all I am getting mental stress, as my money is deducting and I am calling the concern person and he is not lifting my call from last one week. I am going deep into mental frustration sometime taking alcohol to overcome my stress. I have now just left with to file a case in consumer court againts Kotak Bank as my request is still open from last 4.5 months.
