Hi went to vodafone store on 26.04.2014 and met with Mr Nipin/Sinwaljeet Khurana Vodafone representative and requested to change my monthly plan to Rs99 per month and also requested him to change internet plan from 3G to 2G for Rs 199/- per month unlimited plan from coming bill cycle. He comfirmed that he has done and it will be changed from my next bill cycle that gets start on 28th april but noting is changed still.

Please change my monthly bill plan to Rs 99/- and internet plan to 2G 199 unlimited as soon as possible and confirm. As this is my 2nd complaint about vodafone here in this forum and no action has been taken for my 1st complain till date. I will request you to please teach vodafone a lesson and give them a good palanty.
