Policy No 00758157 ( Payment Overdue of Surrender policy )? they are not paying the money finding excuse not to pay the money as i stay outside the country so they are playing & holding my money

i spend 15 days in udaipur to claim the money ; even it is known to them that i need to go back to outside the country they have done purpose fully to delay the payment

i want money ASAP ; with the damage compensation
