Hello, I am a Kotak security customer [Client code WPUM2]. I had an adviser from Kotak , in trade i had lost around 2 L rupees. I raised a complain with kotak mailing to service.securities@kotak.com to validate the calls i have received from the adviser. The response from the advisers manager over phone is she had given her personal calls. In calls she mentioned ‘I Feel … ‘ But for me I feel meant it kotak’s call,as in corporate world I represents the organisation i work for not I as individual. As a client i was never told that the adviser has all the rights to give their own personal calls on market based on their experience or personal interest or whats so ever, stating ” i feel … ” Even if Kotak allows adviser to give their own calls to client, it should mention its my personal feeling/call not of my organisation, in this case Kotak’s research team (in which the client trust and put his hard earned money at risk.) As a client l i can easily get individual call even from road side, need not to go to a trusted company like Kotak. I also had asked for the details of the trade calls given by Kotak’s research team for the given time frame, not no response. Even there were few trades where Soma had executed the trade then called me to inform, there was no proior approval taken for such trades, which is breach of conduct & trust. Now I am helpless , please let me know how can i get my voice heard and get proper response.
want the compensation of 10Lakh rupees for breach of trust & action against the employee as per policy.
