I travelled from Madurai to Bangalore , A/C sleeper on the night of 5th october 2014 ( Vehicle no : KA51 A9699 , Ticket PIN 15746760) . I would like to point out that the A/C temperature was kept too low and it was unbearable. Also water drops was continuously dropping from the a/c duct hole and my pant/bedsheet began to wet causing huge discomfort. I complained to the bus driver but he informed me that nothing can be done. I could not sleep during the whole journey and could not go to office next day due to fever. There is no maintenance of the air-conditioning system .

I could not sleep the whole night due to low temperature and water drops dropping from the a/c vent hole which is placed just above the berth.

I want the refune of the ticket amount of Rs.855 plus compensation for causing distress to me .
