I was traveling from Mangaluru to Bengalure via Shiradi ghat. Your bus number KA-13 F-2335 being driven rashly damaged my vehicle KA03 NA 5705 while trying to overtake on the ghat. The road is in very bad condition. But even though there is no place to overtake your driver has tried to do so. He is at fault as he has no right of way from the back. Any vehicle causing damage to vehicle in front is at fault, no matter what the circumstance. I have a photo of the vehicle, the driver and damage to my vehicle. The conductor too tried to defend him. I raised a complaint in Sakleshpur bus station but they did not accept same. In the Police station they said both vehicles must be in same position to lodge FIR. This is impossible, because bus had already left. I wish to know what action you will take against the driver. Your buses cannot be driven on public roads as if they have every right of way.
