This is in regards with my vehicle KTM 390 which was purchased from KTM south mumbai (india). I have got the worst experience with this bike as there is a break down every six months. Please check the record with my registration number. Last year in 2018(Chembur) i had to spend Rs 30000 on this bike as the piston ,crank shaft ,head assembly was damaged because of the coolent and oil was mixed so the engine was damaged. I had a break down on 22-5-2019 when i took the bike to the service center they said one screw was not fitted in the bike correctly so all the damage has taken place. I have spent more than Rs 50 ,000 on repairs on this bike , no1 has given me an assurance after the work completion .I have more list of bills either its for fuel pump , coolant , engine oil which was replaced more than 3 times i have all the bills and what all work has been done . Now again i have got an estimate of 33 thousand for repairing it. is this a joke ? ? Is this a way KTM fools people ? Infact the advisor tels me , tell your decision in 2 days or cant the bike and pay Rs 4000 for fitting the old engine back , there was no1 responsible at the service center to help me out , only the amount was giving and so has to be paid. Currently my bike is at KTM south mumbai Lower Parel.This has gone out of the patience level.If within a year entire engine has to be replaced what is the point in buying this bikes. I really dont think it is a small amount to be paid. However which center is going to take this responsibility i unsaid.
