KTM Bike – Bad Service by Dealer

Dear sir I am Anubhab Choudhury a user and a big fan of KTM bikes. Now I am using KTM Duke 390 2014 model. My bike is registered at Malda , West Bengal. I have faced very worst service by malda ktm service marketed by Bajaj ‘PLANET WHEEL MALDA’ .Never I have got any parts available at bajaj showroom even an oil filter. For every parts we need to place order which need approx 1 month to get available. Few days back I have got some issue in my bike but technician is telling that he will open my bike engine after 1 month as now he is busy with other bike. After that he will place order the part which will be needed which will need more 1 month to reach at Malda . Means I have to keep my bike useless for 2 months. Its almost one month gone. Till now after doing complaint also I have not get any solution from KTM service Malda. Now I am bound to service my bike outside of service center on Monday. Is it a nature of service? So its a humble request to you please take possitive step on that issue. Its also affecting KTM sales as per my point of view. Vehicle no – WB66Q9404 YEAR -2014. RTO – MALDA .
