My bike ktm rc 390 2016 my bike no.- (DL5SAT3665) my mobile no.- 9999XXX563 .today (1-3-17) i went for my ktm rc 390 2nd service to the service center which is located in patparganj industrial area (service center). and my bike’s engine head was leaking oil and i told him to cure it perfectlly but he misguided me he said that sir it is normal i will fix it with solution .and i said why don’t you fix the new head gas kit to it he said that it is not in stock it will come after the month. and he started fixing with solution outside the head i stoped him and i said i will mail on customer support of ktm. he afraid of it and suddenly he went to store and he said i found it. and he cut the rubber as well which is on the right side of the engine and i asked that what is it he said its a rubber which is for the protection of fuel and engine. he cut it and didn’t put the new one and when i said please insert the new rubber cover he said it doesn’t come it is the thing which only company gives to the new motorcycle it doesn’t come to the servicer center .the staff was behaving very badly and they are disgusted too. and the supervisor didn’t list the items which is creating the problem. most of the time i am on the tour so i don’t want any type of hassle between my ridce/tour . so sir please do the needful.
