I have a KTM Duke 200 which met with an accident last month. I went to the gurgaon sohna road service centre for the repairs but got really bad response from them.

I am really annoyed with the cheating done by the KTM service centre people.

They charged me 20k for the replacement of articles in my bike but have not replaced all the articles mentioned in the bill.

At the same time they have not even taken confirmation from the insurance company for putting the articles and have replaced the articles whose bill i have to pay which the insurance company is not willing to pay.

They have installed used parts in my bike and have charged me for new parts.

Please intervene in the matter.

Otherwise i have to ask the court of law to intervene and solve this issue asap.
