I gave my KTM duke 200 for service yesterday at KTM showroom, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram district, Tamil Nadu..I had a bad experience with the service manager and he not even know how to talk to the customer. They handling the customer in rude manner..at the situation in the showroom they are telling like “if you want to complaint about us no problem for us..no one can’t do anything” like wise they are telling.. worst service and service people
