I have purchased ktm duke 200 a month ago .And after a month and first service there was a oil leakage from the engine then took it to the service station they are telling this bike is fault product so asked the showroom guys regarding this they are least bothered and replayed saying that it is common issue in all bike of ktm so my point is that they have to look into this and provide a solution to the customer rather than telling customer its common issue.and never expected this type of bike from ktm i would like to escalate this issue to authorized person and would expect some strict action has been taken against the showroom ppl and service ppl. place of purchase bangalore HRBR layout showroom service center hormavo bangalore.
