M/s Kunj Vihar Associates (p) Ltd a construction firm that promised complete possession in 2008 within 1 year with token money paid is defaulting consistently and till today sept 2013, they are beating around bush with almost 3 lakh already paid. Retired parents suffered huge payments and other troubles due to failure of commitment by the said firm. written numerous mails to replyforsunil210@gmail.com the e-mail ID shared by Rajiv (09263639224) – Director of the firm resident of Sector 4, Bokaro Steel City, the DEFAULTER for last 5 (FIVE) years who tried through different ways to engulf already paid amount and now on the verge of success. Request your help. Also tried contacting Sunil (Accounts personnel for Kunj Vihar – 9263639226) along with Rajiv (Director), but they switch off their cell-phones or they do not respond to. It appears that my parents are trapped and losing on their mental peace. Though there may be multi-facilitated paths in this corrupt world leaving numerous loopholes for both parties, but I have decided to opt for the fair one. For past 5 years, my parents have been mentally, physically and monetarily tortured which resulted in disturbance at massive level amongst entire family members of 6 people. there are additional damages that have been faced and are being faced due to false promise of the existent fraudulant firm as aforesaid.

It would be great if the fraudulent firm is shut down with the enforcement of payments with interest and losses suffered and compensation to mental and psychological disturbances to parents and family members amounting to a minimum of 1.5 cr.
