Having seen the advertise on TV and after visiting company’s website I ordered kitchen combo through phone line on Star CJ Network on 15 Sep 13.On 17 Sep 13 it was delivered and i paid the amount Rs 2299 cash(order no 20130915039474, invoice no. 201309151258). On opening the pack i found one of the item (the grilling pan) was different from one shown on TV and company’s website. Immediately i contacted on numbers provided by them. Even after wasting hours of my mobile talktime i failed to make them understand my problem. Then i e mailed the pictures of products namely (1) Offered – that is from company’s website and (2) Delivered – that is what has been delivered on the same day 17 Sep 13 to response@starcj.com. I have not received any reaction from company yet.

Replacement of product with one offered. And action against the company as per regulation as well.
