Philips LCD TV – No Customer Care

On 21 july 2013, I registered a complaint for my Philips LCD tv 24 inches as it is not producing sound, on customer care no.18602000129 complaint no: PDEL3107130050 Their engineer visited my house and said that the sound board is faulty and I would change it within 2-3 days. Then after 1 week, there was a call from their office(no.01143037375) that the board will be changed within 1 week. But since then, no one has visted on site and their office people are saying that the board is not available in the office and whenever we call them, they always give excuse that it will be replaced in the next 2 days

It is almost 2 months and I am unable to watch TV due to lack of sound. Also, My set top box recharge has been wasted costing me more than Rs.850 till now. Also, I have wasted a large amount of money on phone calls made to their office by me.

firstly, the sound board should be replaced immediately and if the board is not available, a new TV set should be provided. After that, i want the recharge for my set top box for the time duration taken in resolving the problem Also I would be highly obliged if they pay me for my hundreds of phone calls made to their office by me.
